I have been posting about playing physical for years.
I believe focus and physicality is one of the most important requirements for a winning team.

I went to a Rams forty niners game in 20+ years ago in SF and before the game I watched the 49’rs hitting each other shlulder pad to shoulde pad, high giving hyping up for the game and talking to each other.
The Rams players were standing around or sitting on their helmets and I knew this was going to be a bad day.
The niners proceeded to destroy the Rams and we left at halftime.
There was no need to stick around and watch a team that didn’t come to play.
