I went to the Rams Super Bowl the last time it was in Atlanta and it was an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life. With two kids now, how much is it going to cost me to give my family of 4 another great memory? I just checked airlines, hotels and tickets and whoa!
Airlines for 4: $6900
Hotel: $1600
Tickets: $18,000 (nosebleed 20 yd)
By the time we eat and buy merchandise, we are looking at almost a $30,000 trip. Yowza! That's a lot of coin right there!
I know there were better "plan ahead" options and maybe cheaper ways to go by flying into other places or staying further away or whatever, but still! Wish I could be there, but I didn't do a very good job of foreseeing this wonderful season and planning far enough ahead. Lol! Go Rams!
Yeah, such a shame that most of the fans get priced out and the corporate suits and the rich get to enjoy the big game.... I didn't win the season ticket lotto, so I'm looking at $3000 for the cheapest seat in the house and $$$$ for travel and hotel.
Still scheming and dreaming of a way to get there though....you never know.
