Using the rulebook, why wouldn't they have to go back to the missed facemask call on JG at the two? That missed call cost the Rams a first and goal at the 1 instead of third down. Big difference ,and could effect the outcome every bit as much as the non PI call, imo. A TD there changes the last 2 minutes .
