Is he a quality starter as a 2nd WR? I think he is close and certainly a good 3rd WR.
He has improved significantly now that he has gotten a chance to play and has come up big in big games which is huge.
I feel the same about Everett and Higbee.
If we look for the blessing in the Kupp injury it is found the the improvement of Reynolds, Everett and Higbee. Provided we resign Higbee we can probably take TE and WR off our draft needs this year.
