This is nothing more than entitlement taken to new heights.
When one side loses that fully believed they'd win, they demand a do-over and that the rules change......sometimes retroactively.
Suddenly every penalty is supposed to be reviewable.....or at least PI.... but what do you do when a penalty ISN'T called? Is a guy in a booth supposed to review every play LOOKING for penalties the refs missed? Creating "flags" long after the play is over and calling them down to the refs on the field?
Do we really want even more game stoppages than there is now?
This entire thing bothers me because it is indicative of a new and disturbing mindset that has taken hold of many in all walks of life that now has mutated into the world of sports. It is an entitlement mindset that says I have the right to everything I want to happen. And if I don't get it, then void what actually happened and change it to the way I want it.
