The Hekker to Shields fake punt conversion - perfectly executed. Man, did Hekker look smooth going from kick to pass! Shields (a former receiver, I believe) fakes out the Saint ST'er, makes the catch and gets the 1st down. They made it look easy. Under all that pressure? It was not easy!
Goff to Cooks for the lightning strike just before the half. Beautiful throw, outstanding catch with his facemask being tugged.
Todd Gurley slashing through the Saints redzone defense for the Rams' first TD. Broke two tackles, and kept his body off the ground as he twisted and stretched for the score. TG also had some great pass block pickups later in the game.
Suh just kingkonging his way through the Saints passpro for a big sack on Brees.
3rd Q, two big Goff to Cooks throws, first one just a rope to Cooks just before he runs out of bounds past the marker. Second one down the left sideline again, with Cooks weaving for extra yards through defenders who thought they had him.
Reynolds, running an end around on the left, much harder and better than he did against the Cowboys, and putting the Rams right on the doorstep of their 2nd TD!
Higbee making his way wide open on the right endzone for the score!
4th Q, Goff, rolling out of pressure to the right, looking, looking, running out of room... and FINDING Gerald Everett breaking open to help his QB!!
Everett breaks a tackle and turns it into a huge play.
Reynolds with another clutch catch on that drive.
Reynolds, Woods, and Gurley all make catches on the final drive in regular time that help put GZ in range.
Dante Fowler uses an amazing spin move to lose his blocker and get into Brees' face. JJIII catches the resulting floater laying on his back!
Higbee and Goff finding a way to connect under pressure in OT!
