Does playing against Brees this week change red zone plays

We got into 4th and goal three times last week. We opted for field goals the first two times. But that was against Dallas who they probably felt would not be scoring 30 to 40 points. If we end up 4th and goal from the 3 on the opening drive of the game, do you think McVay will feel pressure to get the TD as opposed to putting up an almost assured 3 points. Just as important is the amount of time he takes to make this decision. If he takes too long and then opts for the FG the kick may be rushed.

I think the Rams should make these calls in advance. First drive stalls inside the 10 only go for it under these circumstances. Second McVay should give Goff the first two plays of each drive from the sideline before the team goes on the field. The second play can be conditional, go with this if between 4 and 7 yards to go.
