big 2019 priority

I don't like that Donald and Suh have played ~90% of snaps this season. That's not what you want and I think is a product of poor DL depth. Franklin-Myers has done well as a rookie but Westbrooks has largely been absent. Improving DL depth is a big need in the spring.
