I could say that....

I HAVE to watch alone because I have that type of hearing loss where I can hear things BUT sounds blend together... especially voices, so if two people are talking at the same time I can't make out the words. That's all true... and it IS a reason I watch the games alone. But it's not the whole truth.

Not particularly a 'social' person to begin with... the fact that I'm not pleasant company when the Rams are playing.... I've been pretty much watching alone since I first became a fan... I don't expect other's to understand and accept my 'fanaticism' when it comes to the Rams so watching alone is now 'tradition'. There are exceptions.

For what it's worth... I'm much better, (social), when AT a game.. .with friends or alone - BUT, don't even try to 'chit chat' with me during the game. No, I won't get mad.. or be rude, but I will block you out if your chit chat is not Ram's related.
