Rams sign Pro Bowl long snapper Jake McQuaide to 3-year extension

Long snappers don’t get much attention in the NFL, but the Los Angeles Rams have a good one in Jake McQuaide. The two-time Pro Bowler will reportedly be in L.A. for the next three years, too.
The team announced on Friday it has signed him to a contract extension.

McQuaide, 30, was set to be a free agent on March 14, but the Rams unsurprisingly locked him up for the next few years. He’s been one of the most consistent players at his position, seemingly putting the ball in a perfect spot on every snap.
Since he came into the league in 2011, he hasn’t missed a single game.
