Rams have to put pressure on Brees , especially right up the gut.
AD will have to be on top of his game and Suh and Brockers too.
If we are not able to provide that pressure with our regular defense WP has got to blitz, blitz and blitz some more.
That will put enormous stress on our secondary especially the cbs. Talib and Peters were brought in exactly for these kind of situations.
Both were supposed to be excellent 1 on 1 corners, even considered to be in the category of shutdown corners.
Now it is time for them to show up and do what was expected. In the case of Peters he has not done in this season so we can only hope he will come threw for us with a SB berth on the line.
Rams probably will not win a shootout with the Saints so ball controll with the running game will be the other key for us.
Keep their offense on the bench as long as possible just as we did with the Cowgirls.
Need to play another errorfree game limiting TOs to a minimum. Field position will be important too. Rams probably will be forced to take a little more risk in the return game than they did on Saturday.
IMHO the game is a 50-50 thing with a slight edge to the heavenly bodies due to the home field.
