: I was expecting the Rams to be set in their passing offense that propelled them throughout the season. Not just because they are so good at it but Dallas was really good in stopping the run. I also didn't think Gurley was 100% which meant problems for Goff. (i.e. no running game). But McVay surprised me with using the backs alternatively and the Ram O line opened huge holes against a really good D line. It turned out to be an old fashioned ball control running game using two big backs. And that turned the clock back for me. I was reminded of the famous "bull backfield" the Rams had in the 50s when they used Deacon Dan Towler and Tank Younger alternatively.
