Gurley clearly has more speed once he gets in the open field. But CJ's burst to the hole is deceiving. You can see CJ is reading where the hole is....and it almost looks like he hesitates, but he is moving quickly and with great burst.
But beyond burst, I think CJ is actually better at identifying the hole. Vision.
