That these other really good teams Bears, Eagles, Chargers are not as reliant on play action as the Rams are
They can line up and pass and the opposing teams defense knows they are passing and their oline and Qb holds up
I will say this again. The Rams in comparison to these others teams are far too reliant on play action
I am concerned that without a defense having to account for play action the Rams pass game is far too manageable.
If I know McVay he will make an attempt to make this team far more stout along the oline and have Goff develop his quick/short passing skills or both
Look at these two QBs today. Neither is remotely rattled or unerved like Goff was.
IMO that is on McVay. Next week is going to be one of the biggest games he’s coached in his short career.
