I think the team is confident right now and feel they have righted the ship. They have a little momentum and have dominated their last 2 games.
The defense has been better since Talib came back. While we still have trouble stopping the run we are seeing big plays. Offensively Goff must be feeling positive about his recent performance and it is important for the young guy to go in feeling good about himself.
They also played physical on both sides of the ball the last 2 games and I think that carries over. Hopefully everyone is rested and ready to play and they figure out how to come out swinging. McVay rested the starters last year against SF and they came out flat and this year after the bye week we came out flat. We will lose if we come out flat in the playoffs so the got to figure this out.
So yes I feel good about where we are right now and about winning the next game. I think winning in New Orleans will be a huge challenge if it comes to that so I would say I am not as confident about achieving a victory there though I think we would have a good shot at winning but probably only about 35%.
