AD's refusal to come out

If I was McVay I would have called time out on the spot and removed him from the game. His refusal to come out clearly was his thinking about the record (i.e. himself) rather than the interest of the team. He's the MVP and if he's injured after the game was well in hand then the Rams are done. I didn't like that.
