I didn't watch him closely enough.
I'll be happier to see him stop a defensive end or blitzer on a pass rush.
But, the mobility to get downfield for that play was great to see.
The O-Linemen play 100% of the plays unless they're injured or if it's at the end of a blowout.
They don't substitute the O-line like they do with many other positions.
So the fact that Noteboom hasn't played more doesn't tell us anything about his current ability.
