I think Snead has done a great job.

He drafted al Hall of fame DT, an all pro running back and a Franchise QB.

Snead uses all methods of player acquisition: Draft, Trades, Free Agents, Bargin Bin Free Agents, Undrafted Free Agents

Snead has built a Roster that is as good as any in the NFL.

He acquired players designed to fit into the coaches offensive and defensive schemes

We are blessed to have him.
