Instead of young, cheap talent, Rams have few draft picks, many aging, overpaid vets, and maybe not the best locker room guys in Peters, Suh, Fowler, etc.... Some very shallow thinking there, backer.
Three things.
First, maybe it’s not on Snead? Suh, Peters, Talib, and Shields were all former Pro Bowlers and none evidenced being past their prime and all were affordable. Looked like genius moves to me at the time. Most “experts” have said that the Rams are among the most talented rosters in the league. How is that a Snead problem?
Second, if you want to find the person responsible for 5-6 disappointing D players, you won’t have to look very far. His name is Wade Phillips.
Third, the release of Jamon Brown has been covered on this board multiple times. Look it up if you’re really interested.
