Failing to make adjustments is a big part of it. Rams are becoming a bit of a one trick pony. There's a lot of film that show the Rams weaknesses.
Until I can see the all-22 view I find it hard to believe that it is McVay who has suddenly stopped being able to call a good gameplan. I think it is far more likely that Goff is struggling to adjust and isn't performing within the offense. If your QB can't make reads beyond pre-snap and first read then you can't sustain success in the NFL.
I'm far less worried about McVay than I am of Goff.
