I'd want Wentz one day and the next I'd want Goff... I think it wasn't til draft day that I made peace with the fact that it didn't really matter who they picked because I was just happy we were getting one of them....had a sense it was gonna be Goff.
Obviously the first year was not looking good for us, but three years later I think it's safe to say the Rams lucked out with Goff considering who well he has played in this McVay offense and how injury prone Wentz has been.
I hope Wentz is smart and just shuts it down for the year and gets himself ready to come back next year ready to go.... I like the kid and wish nothing but the best for him,
except if he's playing the Rams of course.
