There are Ram fans that don’t like that Goff has been slotted behind Wentz. People need to feel like the Rams got the Goff pick right and get back as those that “wrongly” dismissed him in favor of Wentz. Even with Goff’s emergence this year they still carry that grudge.
The truth is we have no idea if Wentz back injury has anything to do with his scrambling. In fact it’s unlikely.
So there is this Goff v Wentz angle and then there are others that just don’t think QBs that are mobile hold up. Which very well may be true
The issue I have is people assume the back injury happened as a result of his playing style. Without actually knowing if that’s the case.

Wentz was in the pocket looking to pass, when he was hit.
Irony - a running QB possibly getting injured by being in the pocket.
