If I were to guess, it would be Mexico City because a Stan Kroenke owned team wouldn't be welcome where the Tottenham Hotspurs play. Why? Kroenke owns Arsenal, arguably Tottenhams most hated opponent. I also think the California teams would be more popular in Mexico when you consider geography and demographics.


I hope I'm wrong because I WILL go to London if the Rams play there in 2019.
