#1. One thing all Rams losses from 2017 have in common is no sacks from AD. But I don't put that on AD. If AD is stymied someone else has to step up. Rams are too easy to figure out when it comes to that. Everyone knows who can step up if you're controlling AD, and so you can plan accordingly.

#2. No that's not a quality offense. It's a well-coached and opportunistic offense that can take advantage of the situations its defense gives them. But it's not quality. They're 23rd in yards, a mediocre 14th in yards per attempt passing, 20th in yards per carry rushing, have a bunch of no-names at receiver, 14th in sack percentage allowed, 11th in purely offensive points per game, and Tru is ranked 22nd in qb rating

Because of their coaching and because their defense gives them advantages, I would rank that offense as among the best of the purely average offenses in the league.

So defending them well, even on the road, doesn't tell you much.

Plus the Rams gave up 194 yards rushing to an average at best running game.
