I was the exact opposite.......I did some research....Pulled up some youtube videos of Coach McVay talking and explaining.....Read some articles on what former players and coaches thought of him......But the selling point for me was actually hearing him talk. He has a detailed, organized and well spoken type of demeanor to him. I told my brother, "That's the next HC for the Rams."
The next day, he calls me.......Tells me that he went and did what I did and watched him talk............Told me, "I totally agree. I think this McVay guy has IT."
