He should get plenty of blame because he couldn't elevate the offensive players around him. That said ,outside of Adams the WRs suck and are young or in Cobb, a shell of who he was. The RBs are average at best. The front office has done a terrible job of building this team, they hate free agents for the most part
and most of their draft picks haven't panned out. Not sure what they can do now with that huge contract Rodgers signed.

Not a job I would want but some offensive wiz kid will land that job, imo.
