I've seen some people dinging him for ball security in yesterday's game, but it looked a lot like the Detroit player lowered his helmet and caught Goff in the back of the head while also hitting his arm. Not only would nearly every QB in the league fumbled with a hit like that, isn't that supposed to be a penalty? He also took 2 shots to the knees , only the second one was called.
Stafford dove to the ground like he was shot with a cannon ball after he was shoved by Suh and got a roughing penalty.
Yeah, I was more worried about Goff then losing the fumble there.....he got absolutely crushed!!
I don't know what happened on that play but it looked like either Gurley ran the wrong way or Goff miscalled the play...it was a disaster.
