The Los Angeles Rams are more than a week removed from their thrilling win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football, but they haven’t yet forgotten just how good Andy Reid’s team is. After a week to relax, reflect and watch the film, Sean McVay is still impressed by the Chiefs’ explosive offense.

One player, in particular, stood out to him, and that’s speedster Tyreek Hill. He’s quite possibly the fastest player in the league and regularly reaches top speeds of 20 mph on the field, which is even more impressive when you see him in person.

On the “Coach McVay Show” this week, McVay was asked about Hill and what he showed in Week 12. He came up with a new way to describe the wideout’s speed.

“He is unbelievable. You can see it on the tape but until you see it live and in person, you have even more of an appreciation for what a unique talent he is,” McVay said. “He looks like he has a jetpack up his you-know-what as he moves around the field. He’s a stud.”

Hill is just one piece of the pie in Kansas City, though. The Chiefs also have MVP favorite Patrick Mahomes, 2017 rushing leader Kareem Hunt and tight end Travis Kelce, who might be the best at his position.

The Rams probably won’t face an offense like Kansas City’s again this year, unless they play the Saints of Chiefs in the postseason, which should please McVay.

“They’re a really, really though offense to defend,” the coach said. “A nightmare would be an appropriate word when you’re an opposing team. There’s a reason why they’re up there in every major category. They’re so explosive, too.”

A rematch in the Super Bowl wouldn’t yield complaints from anyone, especially after seeing the Chiefs and Rams combine for 105 points, 1,001 yards and 14 total touchdowns last week.
