My notes from game...long

Written as I saw them...much written to discuss...critique...where we can improve. And if you have an issue with saying we can improve...Aaron Donald walked off the field saying there are areas he can improve. There are always areas that can be improved.

Notes Ram and Chiefs

Gurley quick to edge for 5

Over middle to Cooks..short

Slant to Cooks...KC DBs can't keep up

Defenseless receiver to Woods in red zone weak call

Beautiful pass to Woods...all touch...

Joyner watched Hill cross his face on first TD...fooled by Mahomes look off...he doesn't know everyone's job. Clueless

Ball passed in middle of field first time....as you will see...we are very weak at working between the numbers and more so the hashes

Kick off - Cooper is slow slow slow and dumb

Higbee gets throws less than 10 yards

First and goal from six Brown run left 2 yards
Second and goal...Reynolds out by a toe
Third and goal Everett on outside --- PI but tip
Red zone failure

Littleton makes nice tackle on Hunt quick out

Donald pushes his guy back into the pocket again and again but no outside pressure so QB just bails right...

Donald moves to end and they run other way

In 10 years, we are looking at a balding Jared Goff

Littleton gets engulfed by OL on K Hunt run. Screen to opposite side of Donald

Cooper has zero explosion returning

-1 yards total offense in Q2 with 6 min 2nd qtr

Ball passed in middle of field - 2nd middle of field pass - Cooks

Gurley's eyes give you idea he's not right

At 4:04 KC ball it's 17-16 Chiefs

KC runs near Donald and he is in on tackle

Reid avoiding Donald at all times...

Kelce time and time again over the middle...inside the numbers...

Joyner always late...never a hit

Donald flushes Mahomes into an incompletion in end zone

We use TO with :20 left... don't like...they score next play

End of 1st half

Coverage team just not as good this year

Aaron Donald second strip sack right after he gets illegal hands to face call. They were on our 25...huge

Cooks drop brutal

Reynolds had first down at 35 terrible mark...as Cooks goes into locker room.

Higbee got huge break on catch/drop but D holding made it moot.

Higbee 15 yards on screen

Goff runs it in for TD. White Men Can't Jump ... Finger Roll vs. Dunk over cross bar! Lol

Rams defenders falling down...Peters...Joyner overruns...Joyner the worst player on field---Brutally bad

Donald chasing Mahomes to his right again with no outside containment/rush and Littleton hammers him...Peters limping off

Mahomes immediately goes to Kelce between numbers for TD

BTW...Ebukam not a factor other than picking up Donald strip sack...I mean no factor at all...that will change...

Gurley best play of night...screen

Havenstein awesome pancake block to spring Cooks for first down on 3rd and 11

Lack of running making it tough for OL.

Questionable call 3rd and long and we run Brown...FG Zuerlein. Horrible red zone call IMO

Ebukam...just a phenomenal play one handed swat and catch...this is the turning point of his game

Kick off coverage again not great but penalty...

Chiefs not even thinking about run game so pressure increasing...40-30 right now

Goff makes poor throw to Cooks in middle of field. This is second major under thrown ball in middle by Goff

Hill catches punt at 1...dumb

Kelce is a man among boys! Another catch in middle.

Rams can be attacked in middle...now Hill catches.

Shields over matched. Falls down..Hill TD....Hill dumb taunting penalty.

Gurley has no explosion

Goff bad overthrow of Woods

Goff fumbles...Chiefs score...Houston beats Whitworth...They must know Gurley isn't right

Reynolds brings downfield presence Kupp doesn't have.

Goff under-throws Woods but great catch to save him

Everett out of slot 7 yd TD crossing middle against DB Sorensen

Mahomes throw dirt ball to Kelce and he can't handle...Peters on coverage

Jet sweeps not quite effective like beginning of year...Cooks gets 0

Whitworth struggling against Ford because Ford showing zero respect for run

4th and 2 Rams call time out...next play...28 yds to Kelce down middle. Who is time out helping?

Westbrook's showing up...I haven't noticed him before tonight...just activated? I mean...I haven't noticed him...

47-44 Rams at 3:05 left

Donald closing on pass rush but quick release by Mahomes..personal foul Hill...I hate that call...NFL has to fix that...nothing a defensive player can do when offensive player ducks his head

Scandrick had chance but not easy INT

Everett sideline beautiful pass from Goff...Everett athletically tip toes sidelines...DB coverage...Sorensen again

Ebukam hits Mahomes arm...Peters INT...I think 2nd TD electrified Ebukam

First down to Woods...falling down cost a couple yards...

Penalty...ugh

2nd and 11 it's a dink dunk??? There is no first down chance even on a completion there

Receiver screen to Cooks...nothing
