I mentioned it in the GT forum. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm near certain you can't challenge a PI call, period. I know any ref can overturn another ref's call if he see's that it was tipped, but I believe they can only review tape on what is considered a "reviewable call".
I think the all-star crew bungled that one. Hope the rules committee clarifies this.
