McVay lets him cut it lose. I can feel when McVay has said ok Jared go get this for us. The offense runs distinctively in Goffs wheel house and he just is precise and unfazed.
When McVay is getting situational and restless concerned for the unoportuned turnover. Or he dials up some randomness that defies logic or odds and nets zilch then Goff is incumbered and restrained. "live to play another down"
We only think this kid is approaching elite. As Goff gets into McVay's mind and McVay gets into his, sprinkle in experience and seeing more defenses we could be looking at our next HOF at the position. Goff is more than approaching Elite Status.
So let Gurley get the most MVP votes

Sammy Watkins was supposed to be our elite WR talent - not Woods and certainly not Kupp...Just remember Goff has elevated those guys into the discussion that make Rams supposedly more talented than everyone else when truth be told we have just made some for the smartest decisions where it matters most and yes Jared Goff is at the top of those decisions which include drafting AD and TG.
Yah Cooks was our next great pickup and Goff has bonded with him as well so he too (Goff) has got a nose for this game. And if that is not enough Look at Josh Reynolds. I am looking at this kid in a sweat shirt and hoody speaking at a podium and I just laugh that he was at one time the youngest starting QB in the NFL less than 2 years ago. His trajectory has been on an incline since grade school and he has yet to embrace anything but the game and the moments in the game.
Mahomes has never had doubters that projected him as a bust or had media climb over themselves to trash him or dismiss him and he (Goff) just keeps getting better.
Vs Minnesota he turned in his application, Vs Green Bay he served notice Vs Saints he served a 2nd notice and tonight he started ground breaking. He is coming and he is here to no longer be ignored.
