The rest I definitely see it being likely that they're gone, and not necessarily replaced with rookies.
Barron would probably be replaced by Littleton who slides over while they get a new MLB. Maybe Kiser, maybe a free agent vet, maybe a rookie draftee.
Brockers would be replaced by JFM who IMO is already playing as well if not better than him.
Joyner same thing as Barron. He would likely be replaced by JJ3 who slides to FS while they get a new SS via free agency or the draft.
Suh could go either way. He's expensive at $14M but one could make the argument that Donald is dominating so much more than 2017 because of his presence. However, it always felt like a one year deal for him. I think he'll command a mutliyear, big contract from some team and I don't see the Rams signing up for that. They'll probably let him walk and recoup the comp pick.
If those four players are gone, there will be some money available to invest in the defense. It need not be rookies although we have young players in place for some of the positions.
