but its been explained
they had a major soccer tournament, then a concert, and then a ton of rain - it messed up the field....and that kind of stuff happens
they have a contingency plan.... bring the game back to LA or they will resod the field, or send the teams on their bye a week early
there are options to fix it

I just reading the responses and they will either fix the stadium or move it back to LA
they said they will make a decision today
the NFL is flush with cash and will do what it takes to have it ready I have little doubt. If the turf installation can't be coordinated then the game will be moved to LA
we just need to wait it out to see what they will do
the stadium apparently is used for other events and between the soccer games, concert, and the rain its not in good shape... its happens even in the US
not sure why so many of you are acting so indignant about this - the field will be fixed or the game will be moved
don't sweat the small stuff or the things out of your control... not taking a shot... just sayin'
and what? You think the NFL wants the marquee MNF game of the year played on a bad surface? They will handle it
Nevertheless, it still speaks to poor planning. Why are remedies and precautions being undertaken the week before the event? And it doesn't appear that adequate consideration was given to all of the variables that can affect the condition of the playing field.
Hence, the situation today.
