Do what they do in England with soccer

Pick the games for the first 8 weeks or so and then tell use the flex option but with maybe 3 week notice.

I understand the logistics of moving a game from a Sunday to a Monday, but if teams have 3 weeks notice and fans know to be careful with buying tickets, hotels etc., it's workable.
