This reminds me of something I heard while watching NFL Network earlier today. They were talking about the Patriots. They said one factor that has contributed to their years of success is that Belichick places guys in a position to do what they do and do it well. He doesn't ask them to do something that's not a strength, or something they're unfamiliar with. They might only do that one thing, but they do it GOOD. If that's a workable formula, why don't more teams do it? Why don't we?
