The problem is personnel and scheme, not players without leaders.
They are showing up, they can't fix what's wrong. That goes to coaches and the GM.
Remember, London Fletcher, whose name came up in this thread, was on one of the worst Rams defenses of the last 2 decades ---the Rams 2000 defense.
That team was full of the same leaders who were part of the 99 defense.
It;s way more than a matter of some players just yelling at others. That was especially true in 2000.
