When the Rams just keep piling up good young players, imagine what it says and means to the other guys on the team. It says that the FO believes the Rams are ready to win the Superbowl NOW, and it means that the FO is going to turn over every leaf and do what ever they can to bring in guys who can help this team win. It has to be really exciting to be a Ram player right now.
Add in resigning Gurley and AD, bringing in Suh, Peters and Talib, and this is so opposite of what we see happening in GB, Oakland, NY and even Detroit who isn't doing much to fortify their team....even sending good players away.
