That whole offense is designed for Rodgers. From the O-Line to the RB's. Rodgers goes down, they are sub .500 team and yeah, McCarthy would've been gone a while ago without having a Rodgers.
You can say the same about most NFL teams. Losing your starting QB is a lot to try and overcome.
