You likely are not the only Ram fan to have been nervous about this game.
i looked at it like this: the rams completely embarrassed the hawks late last year in their house. i've re-watched that game multiple times just for the entertainment value, drinking scotch, farting in multiple octaves and giggling myself to sleep (to steal a line from a ram bro). the hawks circled this game on the calendar as soon as the schedule came out, almost looking past the 1st 4 games to get to yesterday. this is what was our niners week to them.
then, after last weeks game, gurley says we can't be beat right now. basically telling the hawks - you can't win. for me, a place face in palm of hand moment, as if the hawks needed any locker room material . . . .
on paper, this looked like a slam dunk going in.
but yes, i admit, i was nervous . . . .
