Tampa's WR's are a dynamite tandem lead by Mike Evans. Infact Evans was a receiver I wished the RAMS could have drafted...for one reason...HE made Johnny Manziel "appear" to be a good QB. Any receiver who can make that knucklehead look good has to be GREAT.
Take the whole package for this list and I would take the RAMS group over all else. WE have a great working relationship going and any given game Mr. Woods, Mr. Kupp and Mr. Cooks can dominate the game.
