Either some of those teams are going to decide, before next spring, that a need has arisen (which would imply failure of a quarterback).
OR there's going to be some serious trading up by the teams that have a need, or imminent need.
I suppose the QB's could just slide in the draft, but I really doubt that, given what that position is doing for teams right now.
Perhaps some team that feels a little bit uncertain about their QB situation will actually double up on it, and have two young QB's.
Sort of like the Redskins did with RGIII and Cousins (although Cousins was taken in a later round).
If both are on their rookie contract, it's affordable. It represents insurance against injury derailing the season.
And if they end up with an excess of great QB talent, then they do a mega trade down the road.
I dunno. Just spitballin' here.
