at the time of the trade, i was hoping Ridley might be available at our pick. well, it turns out he was, and he looks like a steal for the falcons. I am not saying cooks has disappointed, i am not. i also am aware that ridley is more of a route runner and less of a deep threat, and that is what mcvay wanted from cooks in particular. however, i am sure mcvay could have used ridley in a creative way and maximized his and all out wr talent. if we drafted ridley instead of spending all the $$$ on cooks, we certainly would be in a better financial position for the future....peters, goff, etc...will soon need extensions. just wondering what our team would look like with ridley instead of cooks. also wondering if rams make cooks trade if they had known ridley would be available.

Calvin is in a great offense with Julio on the other side. very few defenses are going to double Calvin.
What kind of $$ is Calvin going to get IF he continues playing like he is now and getting better with experience?
I will go out on a limb and say it will be a lot more than what Brandin is costing us.
so boiling down the peanuts...I'll take Brandin Cooks.
