How much can you yell at the official?

Remember when Thielen was forced to go through the concussion protocol? I understand his initial frustration, but he really gave that official an earful all the way from the line of scrimmage to the sideline. I was thinking, "On any other play doesn't that get you an unsportsmanlike conduct flag to be screaming at the official like that?"
