That was somewhat an issue with Kelly and he needs a year to get up to speed. You only need to watch Gurley and then Brown to understand the significance of having a running back of their size punishing the blitzing backer or safety. Malcolm Brown is underrated, he's big, runs heavy and catches the ball extremely well and IMO a great number two RB. Now Kelly has upside, but McVay and RB Coach Skip Hicks trust Brown and quite frankly, so do I.
