I guess that didn't count as pass blocking. Actually, he didn't try to block anyone, so I guess that helps his rating. You must have to try to block and then if you do poorly your score goes down.
Seriously, there is no way to defend Brown being one of the top OGs in the NFL. That whole 99 thing is a joke. Must be a typo by PFF or they were drunk.

That Tenn snap was a terrible one by JB, no doubt. But it was merely one of hundreds of snaps in the season, most of which were good to very good ones.
What OL player has not had the occasional bad snap? Including Big Whit, for cryin’ out loud.
It’s important to keep our perspective on this.
We have 2 starting quality RG’s at the moment, a very nice problem to have.
You were only focusing on the last 5 games, I called out 2 of them. I don't remember how he looked in the other 3. But I can go back and look how he did against Seattle, Philly, and AZ.
