And, especially as concerns QBs, they do NOT want to come out.

For one thing, if everything is clicking and going great, they want to take advantage. Don't ever think that their numbers don't matter to them; they do.

When is the last time you saw Brady or Rogers come out simply because the game was well in hand? I can't ever recall it.

Goff won't come out except on extraordinary circumstances because he doesn't want to. And the HC will honor that unless there are extraordinary circumstances.
