He looks to the ref... gives him the first down signal, the ref, evidently, gestures back "you got it", Goff gives the thumbs up and falls back believing he has the first down. I have never seen anything like that. Dude is almost too chill. lol
After they don't get the first down, you see him talking to the ref saying "WTH dude? You said I had it."
