I'm reminded of the niners running up the score on the Rams in an out of reach game late in the fourth quarter back in the late 80's I believe...Maybe McVay learned it from Walsh of course he wasn't born yet for to learn it from that game... Scoring points in case of a tie-breaker scenario at the end of the season I guess... Not sure what to think of the blitz on the Cards last drive. Anyway, didn't like either the blitz or the TD to the TE. But that's just me.
But yes, definitely reminded of Martz having to go for 2... I feel like they got it every time. lol
As for the 2018 Rams... They seemed to find a way to score in the red zone. Especially if you count the 2 point conversions.
