During the Fisher reign *shiver* the OL was rarely effective. Suddenly all the Ram QB's were put behind average or better OL's (and with solid actual real pro OC's) and Foles, Keenum, Goff and even Bradford, for a bit, looked very good. Its been a long time since I've seen a QB get as much time as Goff got last season... insane really.
Give most QB's time and they are probably going to fare pretty well and vice versa... so if the Cards don't fix the OL, I doubt they are going to get a much better QB play no matter who is QB...
Kromer appears pretty valuable...
