He actually "Talks" to his players like they are human beings. No beating around the bush. No surprises. He treats them like men.

He let's you know where you stand, good or bad.

He actually will ask the players opinion on things. Allows them to take some type of ownership on what the team might do.

Bottom line......."We Not Me".........It works!!!!
